Guardians of the Galaxy To Tie In With Avengers 3
People have been wondering if Guardians of the Galaxy would tie in with the many other Marvel films on the go, and now the film’s director James Gunn has confirmed that it will be linked to Avengers 3. Speaking to EW, Gunn said “We are definitely connected to Avengers 3.” No more than that was revealed, so speculate away on how you think the two films will connect in the comments below. Guardians Of The Galaxy hits cinemas from 1 August 2014.
Netflix Dates Hemlock Grove Return
Netflix has revealed that the second season of its spooky drama Hemlock Grove will premiere on Friday 11th July, and like the rest of its programmes, will release all 13 episodes of its season at the same time. Excited for the show’s return? Let us know in the comments below.
MTV Movie Awards Winners
The MTV Movie Awards were held last night (13th April) and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire was the big winner, scooping three prizes including Movie of the Year, Best Female Performance for Jennifer Lawrence and Best Male Performance for Josh Hutcherson. We’re the Millers star Will Poulter also did well winning the award for Breakthrough Performance and Best Kiss with Emma Roberts and Jennifer Aniston. The Wolf of Wall Street took home two awards for Best Comedic Performance by Jonah Hill and #WTF moment for Leonardo DiCaprio’s scene where Jordan Belfort takes his Lamborghini for a spin. The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug was awarded Best Fight between Orlando Bloom and Evangeline Lilly and Orcs, while Mila Kunis was named Best Villain for her portrayal of witch Theodora in Oz The Great and Powerful. Zac Efron set pulses racing meanwhile when he won Best Shirtless Performance for his role in That Awkward Moment, and was subsequently stripped of his shirt on stage by Rita Ora.
